Royalty based finance (sometimes known as "revenue finance" or "RBF") requires businesses to pay back a percentage of their top-line revenue until a multiple of the original placement ("the principal") is paid back. This is advantageous to the business because the payments allow for a slower month or quarter. This is also advantageous to private placement managers, like us, because the vicious cycle of vulture finance is discouraged. Our patrons realize growth in a sustainable way.
